The material on this site is protected by copyright and/or database right throughout the world and is owned by Boxsharp Ltd. You may read, print and download it for private use.  You may not commercialise or otherwise copy it without our permission.

Descriptions - We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. However, due to continuous improvements to the product range, some variations may occur.

Availability - All goods offered are subject to availability.

Title - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

Carriage - Carriage is charged on all consignments at the current rate.   

VAT - All prices listed are inclusive of UK VAT

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Boxsharp Ltd nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the web site www.boxsharp.com or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that we have checked the price and availability of the goods, and to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, out of stock or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will receive an email explaining fully why we cannot fulfill your order. If the goods you ordered are not available, we will contact you via email or telephone to offer you an alternative product. On acceptance by you of an alternative product you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that we have checked the price and availability of the goods, and to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order

Cancellation and returns

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. This policy does not apply to the following goods and situations, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

1. Damage to postal boxes.
2. Alternative items within the Hamper which have been approved by you as per “making a contract” outlined above.
3. Alternative Hamper packaging such as the box colour, box size and box in-fill.

You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at returns@boxsharp.com or write to us or telephone us on 03333 440810. We will refund your money, including the original postage charges, within 30 days. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation although where there has been evidence of usage of any item within the hamper we will, at our discretion charge you for the reduction in value afforded to the item or items in question. A brief explanation of the reason for a return will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you request a cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and it results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 31/03/2011. Previous versions of our standard terms and conditions can be viewed at x.  These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
